Of course when you set out on anything so outrageous as this you have to be very careful. These people aren’t complete idiots, even if they act like it. They will be reading every word I write. Desperately hoping to find something to get their fingernails under, and then tear the skin off my back . . . if they could.
So how can I call them TOSSERS and get away with it?. . . . SIMPLE . . one of the of the definitions of a TOSSER in many dictionaries is “stupid person” it originated from word for a drunk who “tossed” too many pots off . . .stupidly . .http://english.exue.com.cn/tools/slang/T.htm tossed: Drunk. Wasted. Trashed. Blitzed. And who would argue that these Solicitors are anything other than STUPID, to put up with all this and not be able to do anything about it . . .they certainly wouldn’t argue against it in Court.
Now . . TOSSER has passed into common parlance to mean something entirely differently. But that is up to the reader to decide which is more appropriate.
I can’t call them WANKERS, by the way, because despite writing to Daniel Ginsbury on the subject, he has not seen fit to share those details with me.

One last piece of advice . . If you are going to tear a strip off someone like this . . . MAKE IT FUNNY . . . . they won’t think it’s funny, but every one else will . . and more importantly . . . There were more letters of course but all I did with them, was publish them on my notice boards for the whole of Bromley to see, with sarcastic comment naturally. . . . Solicitors are very touchy about having their good name undermined. . . unless you are Ingram Winter Green, Denniss Matthews of Lister & Wood and now that bunch of CROOKS at Metcalfe Copeman and Pettefar East Anglia that is.

Now I can’t promise you, success. (any more than they do) you might be Jack the Ripper and guilty as hell, for all I know. In which case you could try doing what all these Solicitors, The Law Society, Legal Services Ombudsman and even the Police do . . . totally ignore the matter in hand and ask a lot of different questions of your own.

My claims made on this and other web sites are based on the fact that Metcalfe Copeman & Pettefar ( MCP Law ) refuse to answer even the most basic of questions. They should have no reason, unless to do so would embarrass them or their clients in disclosure of lies, connivance, and conspiracy. In exactly the same fashion as the IWG, Denniss Matthews conspiracy. I have asked them over and over again to tell the truth but they have declined.
