So let’s call them CH shall we? The first letter I got from a Solicitor on their (CH) behalf was sent because I politely enquired in person at their West Wickham branch (now a dentist’s) why the people next door were selling their house when they had an existing agreement with me. . . .the letter stated “I was not to make any further enquiries It was nothing to do with me . . . . and if I did, legal action would be taken against me” . . . . Well that certainly set the tone. . . . I replied with a letter that said in no uncertain term that if they proceed with the sale . . Ignoring our agreements the new owners would be in dispute with me . . . (anyone getting that deja vu again?) . . .. But just to make the point . . . I didn’t just send a letter . . . I erected half a ton of scaffolding on my land overlooking the house next door with all sorts of placards and nonsense all over it. It looked like the opening of an IKEA store. . . . it was plainly ridiculous. . . . . and guess what? . . . . they still managed to sell the house AT THE FULL PRICE .(well on paper that is). . . . AND more amazingly the new owner “Knew nothing about a dispute” . . . Apparently they didn’t come back and have another look at their proud purchase, in the six moths it was under offer and did not see the 20ft flagpoles eith blue plastic bags flapping in the wind. Cable drums, polystyrene Christmas trees overlooking their new house in the poshest Rd in West Wickham. . . . (Deja vu?) . . . . but more importantly the Estate Agents backed them up. They said they “did not inform their purchasing clients of this trivial new development”. . . . but of course they did . . . the whole thing was a fix . . . so what did they do about this dispute? They all CONSPIRED TO LIE TO ME. . . . . . (deja vu????)
How is it that a retired pensioner acting solely alone can ridicule these powerful Companies in the way that I am? And believe me, TEN No 1 sites on Google and MSN is as good as it gets. Type in Daniel Ginsbury world wide search and see what you get. . . . On MSN . . . And . . . . . Google
First of all . . . This isn’t the first time that I have done something like this. More than ten years ago an Estate Agent Chain in Bromley lied to me on behalf of their clients. About their (clients) knowledge of the existence of a dispute, when they bought the property next door to my own through their agency. . . . . (anyone else getting deja vu here?) . . . The upshot of a very long story and still well remembered locally, is that because I brought this multi million pound Companies’ name into disrepute, very publicly indeed. They folded and went into voluntary liquidation. They had to close six of their ten branches FOREVER. . . They started up with an almost identical name later but not until they had settled with me first. . . The Banks wouldn’t lend them any money otherwise.
Of course if they had settled right at the beginning they would not have had to suffer so much pain and indignity, . . . but I did warn them . . . . (anyone getting deja vu again?)
The reason for telling you all this is . . . as you can imagine this Company did not give up without some sort of fight. . . . they fought tooth and nail . . . . they used so many firms of Solicitors AND top London Barristers to try and sort me out that in the end they ran out of them . . . eventually no one in Bromley would touch them . . well not against me that is . . .
I just ridiculed them as well. . . .
I’m not going to name this Company because they did settle properly and honourably in the end. There was nothing personal about the dispute. As the Godfather would have said
“It’s just business” . . . . we shook hands on it and that was the last they heard from me.
Beside, if I did mention their name on here, they would be front page news in a few days and they have managed to build their Company back up to 2/3 of what it was. . . good luck to them.

Contrary to popular belief . . Solicitors do not like going to Court. . . . well that’s not entirely true . . . they don’t mind if you’re paying. . . . what I mean is they don’t like going to Court to explain themselves. . .
And that is why these sites are all here on the NET, ridiculing Ingram Winter Green, WC1, . . . Denniss Matthews, Penge and Islington, Lister & Wood, Selsdon and Norwood., and now MCP Law, Metcalfe Copeman & Pettefar, East Anglia, Norfolk, Cambridgeshire, Cambridge, Thetford, Wisbech, Peterborough, King's Lynne,.
And that is why these sites are all here on the NET, ridiculing Ingram Winter Green, WC1, . . . WHY do they all put up with it? . . . because the only way they can get the sites removed is by going to Court. . . but in order to get an injunction to do so they would have to swear ON OATH, IN WRITING and IN PERSON . . . and that is before they set inside the Court room, . . . THAT they didn’t LIE to or otherwise deceive me . . . difficult one don’t you agree?
The 2nd Solicitor letter I received was for this. Early on in the dispute, seeing that neighbours had put their house up for sale with CH, I painted an old door in the same colours and displayed it out the front of my house, with a sign that said . .Before You Buy a House Through C***H*** Ltd. Have a Word With ME. . . . and sure enough within the hour the neighbours Estate Agent Sign was down and replaced by another Co . . . (now that should have given CH a clue as to how easy it would be to discredit them . . . Which is what I did for 2 years . . . As soon as a board went up I put some leaflets through the door and down came the boards.. . .
Unfortunately CH took two years to settle it . . by then of course it was too late.)
This 2nd letter was most profuse . . . what they weren’t going to do with me. . . “Defamation. . loss of income . .if you do not remove the sign, we will instantly, apply to the Courts . . . we will have you dragged through the streets by wild horses” . . . You know the sort of thing. . . it’s called a SOLICITOR’S LETTER. (There is a very good example on one if you follow the link at the bottom of the Page . . . Law Society’s Dirty Tricks.)
Very intimidating stuff. . . as it was meant to be. . . total nonsense of course . . . as most ‘SOLICITOR’S LETTERS’ are but on the face of it it did look pretty frightening . . . my wife was most upset . . . and when someone upsets my wife . . . . I assure you I get very upset too.So what did I do with this bully and bluster? . . . what you always do with bullies . . STAND UP TO THEM. I didn’t reply of course . . I simply wrote in felt tip around the letter . . “WHAT? YOU IGNORANT LOT OF TOSSERS . . . DEFAMATION?? . . . WHERE? . . WHICH WORD ARE YOU THINKING OF? . . . sophisticated stuff like that . . . but the best bit was . . . I printed off 200 copies and posted them on the lamp posts all along the High Street out side the Estate Agent and the Solicitors . . . they were all gone in an hour . . . and I never heard from those Solicitors again. . . . (now that should have been another clue to CH just how difficult it would be to deal with me. I did tell them . . . but as usual they had to wait till they went bust before they listened) . My claims made on this and other web sites are based on the fact that Metcalfe Copeman & Pettefar ( MCP Law ) refuse to answer even the most basic of questions. They should have no reason, unless to do so would embarrass them or their clients in disclosure of lies, connivance, and conspiracy. In exactly the same fashion as the IWG, Denniss Matthews conspiracy. I have asked them over and over again to tell the truth but they have declined. It is reasonable and correct therefore to make the assumptions that I have and that are printed through out these sites. MCP Law still have the opportunity to refute these claims if they wish . . .
