He established the principles on which the company's success is built, that is, to enable global corporate organisations to serve their own clients better, by acting as a unique and highly practical business partner through which they could optimally source and apply leading edge networking technologies.
Yaseen maintains an active participation in the company's performance and its future through his role as Sales Director, driving new initiatives through Sales, in concert with the Marketing, Services, Financial and Commercial team management.

Geraint Davies joined nsc-
As Marketing Manager in BT he started up their first commercial managed data services under the MultiStream brand. Geraint went on to join Case Communications for many years to run the product and marketing teams for Wide Area network products and solution integration, growing it from a £50m UK business to a £250m one across 50 countries. After a period with 3Com running SuperStack and OfficeConnect brand and product programmes globally he returned to the UK.
Geraint was latterly Director, Data and IP, at Cable and Wireless for eight years where he initially ran product development and marketing, driving the growth of a £200m portfolio from scratch. This success led C&W to globalise the approach and Geraint took over the sales and general management ownership of a £250m business unit focused on Content, Applications, Internet and Telephony virtual services, supporting the launch of private entrepreneurs into new service markets and a range of ‘spin off’ new service providers such as AOL UK, Centrica One.Tel and Tesco Telecom.

The former managing director of Cisco Gold reseller NSC has been sentenced to six months in prison and fined £10,000 after being found guilty of fraud at the Old Bailey last week.
The former managing director of Cisco Gold reseller NSC has been sentenced to six months in prison and fined £10,000 after being found guilty of fraud at the Old Bailey last week.
Mohammed Yaseen, who was managing director of NSC until he resigned from the company last month, pleaded guilty to charges of conspiracy to make corrupt payments, contrary to the Criminal Law Act 1977.
Peter Turner, current managing director at NSC, said: "The charges against Yaseen date back to 1995, and relate to payments concerning the purchase of computer equipment between two separate companies, Perfect Information and GLP. These companies are completely independent of NSC, and the case has no bearing on Yaseen's involvement with NSC."
According to the court report, seen by Computer Reseller News (CRN), Yaseen admitted making illegal payments on behalf of GLP Technology to Charles Warner-Allen and Jonathan Palmer, agents of Perfect Information, as an inducement or reward for their company placing contracts for computer equipment.
Yaseen founded NSC with two colleagues in 1992. The company became a Cisco Gold partner and Reseller of the Year in April 2000. Yaseen said his actions "had nothing to do with Cisco. It is an issue about my character, and NSC as an organisation should not be affected."
Before sentencing, Yaseen told CRN he was confident the court decision would go in his favour and described his actions as "errors of judgement".
Cisco said it was "inappropriate for us to comment on any of our partners' business". A representative assured all Cisco customers that they would be supported.

They are at it again. This time Tossers Ingram Winter Green are making the threats. One of my sites was closed down this week 18/09/06. . for all of a day. The way it works is. Knowing they can do nothing about these sites through proper and legal means. The ones they charge exorbitant sums, executing for other people. What Firms like IWG and Denniss Matthews (see below) do instead is. They send what are called ‘Cease & Desist’ notices to the site’s Hosting Co. The Hosts only get 10’s of pounds a year for hosting a site so really can’t afford to get involved. So whatever the argument they simple comply. They know the threats are malicious, and unfounded, since the complainant would sue the author if they were not. But the hosts cannot afford to fight them. Fortunately there are other hosts offshore who won’t be bullied by bent Solicitors. The reason IWG can’t do anything about these sites properly is. Even they are not going to go to Court and swear on oath they did not conspire to lie and cheat me. But they thought nothing of deliberately lying in writing to me for the profit of their client originally. But denying it in a witness box is a whole new ball game. My claims made on this and other web sites are based on the fact that Metcalfe Copeman & Pettefar ( MCP Law ) refuse to answer even the most basic of questions.
